Razorfish (anciennement Avenue A | Razorfish) est une agence de publicité interactive dont le siège est à Seattle, propriété de l'entreprise française Publicis Groupe en août 2009[1].

Avec ses 2000 employés, Razorfish a pour clients AT&T, Best Buy, Carnival Cruise Lines, CondéNet, Ford, Kraft, EMC,Adidas, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, The Economist...
Razorfish est intégré à la holding Vivaki, qui regroupe Digitas et les deux réseaux médias ZenithOptimedia et Starcom MediaVest. « Après cette intégration, 50 % du revenu de Vivaki se feront sur le Net, et Publicis atteindra avec un an d'avance son objectif de réaliser 25 % de son chiffre d'affaires dans le numérique. » indique Maurice Lévy, président de Publicis, revendiquant une place de leader mondial dans le secteur[2].
L'entreprise avait été rachetée par Microsoft en 2007 en même temps que aQuantive, puis qui l'a revendue à Publicis Groupe en août 2009.
