Ramla (en hébreu: רמלה Ramlāh; en arabe: الرملة ar-Ramlah) est une ville israélienne et la capitale administrative du District centre. La population de la ville s'élèvait en 2004 à 63 462 habitants (d'après le bureau des statistiques israélien) et est constituée à 80% de Juifs, à 16% d'Arabes musulmans et à 4% d'Arabes chrétiens. Il y existe une minorité de Karaites.
On pense que c'est l'ancienne Arimathée ou Arimathie. Elle fut le centre de la seigneurie de Rama pendant les Croisades.
C'est à la prison de Ramla que fut pendu le 31 mai 1962 aux alentours de minuit, le criminel nazi Adolf Eichmann reconnu notamment coupable de crimes de guerre et crimes contre l'humanité, suite à sa participation dans l'organisation « solution finale » contre le peuple juif. Le bourreau qui officia à son exécution fut par l'agent pénitentiaire Shalom Nagar.
