Arthur Rothstein (né en 1915 à New York – mort en 1985 à New Rochelle banlieue de New York) était un photographe américain d'origine juive.
Pendant la Grande Dépression des années 1930, Arthur Rothstein fut invité par Roy Stryker à rejoindre l'agence fédérale de la Farm Security Administration. Ce petit groupe de photographes, auquel appartenaient Esther Bubley, Marjory Collins, Marion Post Wolcott, Walker Evans, Russell Lee, Gordon Parks, Jack Delano, Charlotte Brooks, John Vachon, Carl Mydans, Dorothea Lange et Ben Shahn, devait faire connaître les conditions de vie des paysans pauvres des États-Unis.
