Les conseils de la Reine (abrégé C.R. après le nom) (en anglais : Queen's Counsel ou Q.C.) ou conseils du Roi (en anglais : King's Counsel ou K.C.), sont, dans certains pays du Commonwealth, des avocats (habituellement des barristers, mais en Écosse, des advocates), nommés par Sa Majesté. Ils ne constituent pas un ordre professionnel séparé, mais leur statut, conféré par les Lettres patentes, est reconnu à la cour. Pour être admis conseil de la reine, il faut avoir été avocat pendant au moins quinze ans. Quand le monarque est un homme, on parle d'un conseil du Roi (King's Counsel ou K.C.).

Au Canada, la pratique de nommer des conseils de la Reine est généralement tombée en désuétude. Au Québec et en Ontario, les nominations ont cessé respectivement en 1976 et en 1985. Au niveau fédéral, la pratique a cessé en 1993. Il n'existe pas de substitut dans cette distinction, souvent perçue comme du favoritisme politique.

En Angleterre et au pays de Galles, un Conseiller de la Reine peut porter un toge de soie d'un dessin spécial.
