Phyllomedusa tomopterna est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Hylidés.

Cette espèce se rencontre au Pérou, en Équateur, en Colombie, au sud du Venezuela, en Guyana, au Suriname, en Guyane, dans le bassin amazonien du Brésil et en Bolivie. Elle est présente jusqu'à une altitude de 500 m.
