Philip Bailey est un chanteur, acteur et compositeur américain né le 8 mai 1951 à Denver, Colorado (États-Unis) mais à grandit à Chicago, Illinois (États-Unis). Il est surtout connu en tant que leader du groupe de soul et de funk Earth, Wind & Fire et avoir interprété Easy Lover en 1984 en duo avec Phil Collins. Il mène aussi une carrière solo dans un registre soul-jazz/quiet storm.
