Zenzai
Le zenzai, oshiruko (お汁粉, oshiruko?) ou shiruko (kanji : 汁粉 ; chinois : 紅豆湯 ; pinyin : hóng dòu tāng) est un dessert japonais traditionnel [1] qui consiste en une soupe sucrée de haricot azuki et de boulettes, soit des mochi ou des dango [1],[2].
Dans la tradition japonaise, on croit que ce plat éloigne les maladies et les mauvais esprits. Il est souvent placé sur l'autel d'un domicile.
