Natalie Zemon Davis, née en 1928, est une historienne, docteur de l'université du Michigan (1959), spécialiste de l'histoire culturelle et sociale de la France et de l'époque moderne.

Natalie Zemon Davis, actuellement professeur à la prestigieuse université Princeton, a également enseigné dans de nombreuses universités et écoles de renom tels l'université de York, l'EHESS, l'université Yale, l'université de Berkeley, l'université d'Oxford ou encore l'université de Toronto. Elle également a dirigé l'American Historical Association.
