Michael Holford, né le 11 août 1982 à Leicester (Angleterre), est un joueur de rugby à XV anglais. Il joue en équipe d'Angleterre des jeunes de moins de 18, 19 et 21 ans et évolue au poste de pilier au sein de l'effectif des London Wasps (1,80 m pour 103 kg).

Après avoir débuté à Syston, il joue aux Leicester Tigers avec lesquels il dispute la finale du Championnat d'Angleterre de rugby à XV 2005-2006 avant de signer London Wasps en 2007.

Il est champion d'Angleterre 2008 sans toutefois disputer la finale.
