Charles Anthony Raven Crosland (né à St Leonards-on-Sea le 29 août 1918 et mort le 19 février 1977) est un homme politique britannique.
Il fait son entrée au parlement en 1950 et est ministre dans quatre gouvernements travaillistes consécutifs entre 1964 et 1970. Puis, lors du retour de son parti au pouvoir en 1974, il est nommé Secrétaire d’État pour l’Environnement avant d’être nommé par le premier ministre James Callaghan au poste des Affaires étrangères en avril 1976. Il est mort en fonction.
