Marriott International, Inc. NYSE : MAR est un groupe hôtelier américain spécialisé dans l'hôtellerie de luxe.

Histoire

Marriott International a été créé en 1993, à la suite de la division de Mariott Corporation en deux compagnies. L'autre entreprise crée s'appelle Host Marriott Corporation. En 1995, Marriott International entre dans le capital de Ritz-Carlton à hauteur de 49%, puis à hauteur de 99% en 1998

Chiffre d'affaires

En 2004, le chiffre d'affaires de Marriot International s'élevait à 15,14 milliards USD.
