Lord Kossity, de son vrai nom Thierry Moutoussamy, né en 1973 dans le 9e arrondissement de Paris (Île-de-France), est un musicien dont la famille est originaire de la Martinique. Il compose dans le style ragga-Dancehall,

Il a commencé sa carrière avec son cousin, Dr. Jekyll, au sein du groupe en Martinique. Le ragga a commencé à être incorporé dans son style, plutôt zouk jusqu'alors, dans les années 1990. Il acquiert sa notoriété en évoluant au sein du collectif Dance Hall Party initié par le chanteur/producteur Don Miguel avec des tubes tels que "Vanessa" (1996) et "Latex" (1996). Il a depuis enregistré pas moins de cinq albums. Il s'est fait connaître dans le milieu Rap français grâce au morceau de Suprême NTM Ma Benz avec Kool Shen et Joey Starr en 1998. En 2004, après avoir été signé chez Universal Music, il a sorti un tube "Hey Sexy Wow". Victoire de la musique en 2005. Admiral T a réagi à son clash avec Jacky Brown des Neg'Marrons dans le morceau Stupid Clash en 2004

Il a aussi collaboré avec de nombreux artistes tels que Shaggy, Elephant Man, Gentleman & D-Flame en 2003 (If a no Jah, compilation French Connection), Vybz Kartel, Wallen en 2005 (BO Iznogoud) et Clara Morgane en 2007 (il lui a composé sa chanson qui s'intitule "J'aime"). On le retrouve en 2008, au côté de Busta Flex: Zin zin zin ("Sexe, Violence, rap et Flooze vol.2").

Lord kossity sort un 8e album intitulé KOSS.
