Logan City (176 855 habitants) est une ville ("city") située au sud-est du Queensland en Australie. La ville située sur la côte est limitée au nord par Brisbane, la capitale, et au sud par Gold Coast respectivement première et deuxième villes de l'état par leur population. Logan City est la troisième.
La ville doit son nom au capitaine Patrick Logan l'un des fondateurs du pénitencier de Moreton Bay qui a marqué l'histoire de la région. Le nom de Logan se retrouve d'ailleurs dans le nom de différents quartiers de la ville: Logan Central, Loganholme, Logan Village, dans le nom du cours d'eau: Logan River, dans le nom des routes; Logan Motorway, Logan Road....
la ville possède l'un des plus grands centres commerciaux australiens: Logan Hyperdome.
