Lillian Barbara Board, MBE, née le 13 décembre 1948 à Durban et décédée le 26 décembre 1970, était une athlète britannique.
Lillian Board a remporté la médaille d'argent sur 400 m aux Jeux olympiques d'été de 1968 derrière la Française Colette Besson et devant la Soviétique Natalya Pechonkina. L'année suivante, aux championnats d'Europe, elle a remporté deux titres, sur 800 m et avec le relais 4 x 400 m.
En 1970, elle était très atteinte dans sa santé et souffrait de douleurs à l'estomac. En automne, elle consulta le spécialiste de l'époque, le Dr Josef Issels qui diagnostiqua un cancer de l'estomac en phase terminale. Lillian Board est décédée le lendemain de Noël 1970, à l'âge de 22 ans.
