Le Landtag de Hesse (Hessischer Landtag) est le parlement de Hesse établi par la constitution de 1946. Il siège au Château de Wiesbaden. Il est constitué de cent-dix-huit députés (Abgeordnete) du peuple hessois. Les députés sont les représentants du peuple, et non d'un seul parti. Les députés sont élus au suffrage universel, à la représentation proportionnelle améliorée. La durée d'une législature est de 5 ans.
