Le Korean Utility Helicopter (KUH) (ou Korean Helicopter Program) est un programme d'hélicoptère militaire bi-turbine coréo-européen de manœuvre, lancé en 2006.
Historique
Destiné à remplacer les MD 500 et UH-1H Huey au sein de la force aérienne sud-coréenne, le KUH Surion est surtout destiné à l'exportation. Le développement du prototype est financé à la fois par Korean Aerospace Industres (51%) et Eurocopter (49%). Le premier prototype a été présenté à la presse le 31 juillet 2009 à Sacheon[1]. Le premier vol est prévu pour le début de 2010 et l'entrée en service en 2012.
