Koganei (小金井市, Koganei-shi?) est une ville (市, shi) de la préfecture de Tōkyō, au Japon. La ville a été fondée le 1er octobre 1958. La population de la ville est de 116 451 habitants pour une superficie de 11,33 km² (2010). Elle abrite notamment le studio Ghibli.
