Kathryn Hunter, née en 1956(53 ans), dans l'État de New York, est une actrice britannique.
Parmi ses rôles, elle est sûrement mieux connue grâce au film All or Nothing, avec Timothy Spall. Le 4 février 2006, Warner Bros. annonce qu'elle jouera Arabella Figg, la voisine cracmol de la famille Dursley dans Harry Potter et l'Ordre du phénix.
Diplômée de la Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, elle est aussi une actrice de théâtre et gagna un Oliver Award, en 1991 en tant que meilleure commédienne de l'année, grâce à son rôle dans The Visit.
