Kashiwa (柏市, Kashiwa-shi?) est une ville de la préfecture de Chiba, au Japon. La ville a été fondée le 1er septembre 1954. Le 28 mars 2005 le bourg de Shonan (District de Higashikatsushika) a été intégré à Kashiwa. La population de la ville est de 398 068 habitants pour une superficie de 114,90 km2 (2010).
Kashiwa est jumelée avec la ville de Torrance, Californie, États-Unis.
