Jonjon situé sur la commune de Siran dans le Cantal est une ancien moulin à eau reconvertit en maison d'habitation. Sa fonction première était de moudre le blé entre deux meules de pierre activées par le passage du "Jonjon", le ruisseau qui donne son nom au moulin et qui a été il y a quelques dizaines d'années dévié de sa trajectoire initiale après l'arrêt de l'activité du moulin. Le ruisseau passait autrefois juste sous le moulin alors qu'il passe maintenant a une vingtaine de mètres du moulin. Le moulin a été bâtit au XVIIIeme siècle.
