John « Johnny Sack » Sacramoni, interprété par Vince Curatola, est un personnage fictif de la série télévisée d'HBO Les Soprano. Il était pendant longtemps l'underboss puis le parrain de la Famille Lupertazzi.
Il s'entend bien avec Tony Soprano et tous les deux amis sont souvent amenés à se voir pour des affaires communes ou pour régler des différends entre leurs hommes. Il prend la succession de Carmine Lupertazzi, mais en profite peu de temps, puisqu'il est arrêté par le FBI et meurt d'un cancer du poumon en prison.
