John A. Keel
John A. Keel (né le 25 mars 1930 et décédé le 3 juillet 2009) était un auteur ufologiste et un journaliste américain new-yorkais.
Ses recherches sur les ovnis sont controversées, bien que son ouvrage UFOs : Operation Trojan Horse (1970) ait révélé au public que certains aspects des témoignages contemporains sur les ovnis, incluant les prétendues rencontres avec des êtres humanoïdes sont à mettre en parallèle avec le folklore ancien et les apparitions religieuses. Keel soutient également qu'il existe une relation directe entre les ovnis et les phénomènes psychiques. Ne se décrivant pas comme un ufologiste, il préfère se présenter comme un chercheur s'intéressant aux sujets dits paranormaux.
