Hovhannes Khatchatoury Bagramian (en arménien : Հովհաննես Խաչատուրի Բաղրամյան; en russe : Оване́с Хачату́рович Баграмя́н), né le 2 décembre 1897 à Chardaklu (actuellement en Azerbaïdjan) et mort le 21 septembre 1982 à Moscou, était un maréchal de l'Union soviétique soviétique d'origine arménienne.
Au cours de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Bagramian a été le premier officier non-slave de l'armée rouge à devenir commandant d'un front.
L'expérience de Bagramian dans la planification militaire lui a permis de se distinguer comme un commandant efficace dans les premiers stades des contre-offensives de l'Union soviétique contre le Troisième Reich. Il a reçu son premier commandement d'unité en 1942, et en novembre 1943 a reçu le commandement du Premier front balte.
