Alison Young est une chanteuse et compositrice américaine.
Biographie
Les compositions d'Alison sont empreintes de plusieurs influences : son héritage culturel issu de la Nouvelle-Orléans et son amour pour les musiques latines et françaises. Son répertoire éclectique vous invite à voyager entre la folk et le tango, la bossa et le blues. Elle crée un paysage sonore qui évoque la bande originale d'un film de Wim Wenders. Elle accompagne ses chansons (écrites par elle même) de sa guitare, son banjo ou son ukulélé.
On peut la retrouver tous les premiers dimanches du mois avec les Martine City Queen au bar L'alimentation générale, Paris 11, au limonaire ou encore la Bellevilloise, toujours sur Paris.
