I Wrestled A Bear Once (plus connu sous le diminutif iWaBO) est un groupe de metal américain. Leur musique, assez inclassable, se situe entre le deathcore, le grindcore et le death metal technique. En l'espace d'un EP, ils ont connu un succès grandissant, notamment grâce à leur aisance technique dans les solos ou encore grâce à leur paroles loufoques (Tastes Like Kevin Bacon).
