Crimes et Pouvoir (High Crimes) est un film américain réalisé par Carl Franklin, sorti en 2002.

Synopsis

Alors qu'elle mène une vie heureuse avec son mari, Claire découvre que ce dernier n'est autre qu'un ex-militaire en fuite. Arrêté pour des crimes commis sur des civils lors d'une guerre, son mari devra passer devant les tribunaux pour répondre de ses actes faits dans le passé. Claire, avocate, décide alors de défendre son mari afin d'obtenir sa libération. Elle sollicite l'aide d'un autre grand avocat (Morgan Freeman). Brillante, elle arrivera à faire libérer son mari. Et si celui-ci avait vraiment commis les crimes dont on l'accuse ?
