Habibullâh Kalakânî (حبیبالله کلکانی) ou Bacha-e Saqâo (né en 1890 - mort le 13 octobre 1929) fut émir autoproclamé d'Afghanistan du 17 janvier 1929 au 13 octobre 1929.
Arrivé au pouvoir à la tête d'une révolte dirigée contre le roi Amanullâh, dont la politique de réformes modernistes était vivement contestée depuis quelques mois, Habibullah Kalakânî, plus connu sous le surnom péjoratif de Bacha e Saqao ("le fils du porteur d'eau" ), était un Tadjik illettré originaire du Kôhistân, au nord de la plaine de Shamali. Amanoullâh fut contraint à l'exil. Habiboullah se proclama émir à sa place, se qualifiant de "Khâdem-e Dîn-e Rasûl Allâh ("Le serviteur de la Religion et le messager de Dieu"). Son pouvoir ne s'exerçait qu'à Kaboul, dans ses environs, et en partie dans les zones tadjikes. Il annula toutes les réformes d'Amanoullah, et établit un régime de terreur durant les neuf mois de son "règne".
Nadir Shâh et son frère Shâh Wali Khan, cousins du roi Amanoullâh, mobilisèrent les tribus pachtounes contre Habiboullâh. Leurs troupes battirent facilement celles de l'"usurpateur" et investirent Kaboul sans grande résistance. Habiboullah et ses conseillers furent capturés et exécutés.
Nadir Shâh fut proclamé roi peu après.
