Géant Vert (Green Giant en anglais) est une compagnie agro-alimentaire qui est la plus grande fournisseuse de légumes surgelés. Elle est symbolisée par deux mascottes : le Géant vert et son ami Sprout. Elle vend également des légumes en boîtes sous les marques Géant Vert et Le Sueur (Le Sieur au Canada). En 2006, elle appartient à General Mills.
La compagnie a été fondée en 1903 à Le Sueur, Minnesota, sous le nom de Minnesota Valley Canning Company, laquelle vendait de la purée de maïs sucrée. Le nom Green Giant est introduit en 1925 pour commercialiser des petits pois plus grands que les espèces habituelles[1]. En 1950, la compagnie adopte le nom de Green Giant.
En 1979, la compagnie fusionne avec une autre compagnie du Minnesota : Pillsbury, lesquelles seront acquises plus tard par General Mills.
