Glenda Bailey est la rédactrice en chef du magazine américain Harper's Bazaar après avoir été rédactrice en chef pour l'édition américaine de Marie Claire. Elle succède à Kate Betts également rédactrice en chef du Harper's Bazaar de 1999 à 2001. Glenda Bailey prend la tête du magazine début 2001 à nos jours 2011 soit 10 ans de règne.
