Ging est une distribution sous forme de live CD du système d'exploitation Debian GNU/kFreeBSD. Il s'agit d'une distribution Debian avec un noyau FreeBSD. Le projet semble arrété.
Elle n'est destinée qu'aux ordinateurs munis de processeurs i386 et AMD64.
