La Formula One Administration Ltd. (FOA), anciennement nommée Formula One Promotions and Administration (FOPA), est l'entité chargée par la FIA de la promotion et du management des épreuves de Formule 1 dans le monde depuis 1987.
Elle a été créée, et est actuellement présidée par le promoteur britannique Bernie Ecclestone, devenu par l'intermédiaire de cet organisme le « grand argentier » de la Formule 1.
