Le FO'SH (abréviation de PLUGOT SADEH en hébreu ou Compagnie de terrain) était une unité commando juive d’élite fondée durant la révolte arabe de 1936-39.
En 1937, elle fut intégrée à la Haganah. Ses membres étaient triés sur le volet par Yitzhak Sadeh, commandant de la police juive mandataire, le Notrim.
En mars 1938, le FOSH était composé de 1 500 combattants entraînés répartis en 13 unités régionales. Ils étaient équipés d’armes dérobées aux Britanniques et s’attaquaient aux villages arabes en profitant de l’avantage de leur mobilité.
Le FOSH fut démobilisé en 1939 pour former une unité plus importante : le Hish.
