On appelle ainsi les constitutions des papes postérieures aux Clémentines (bulles de Clément V), et dont la plupart ont été publiées par Jean XXII. On leur donna ce nom, parce qu'elles furent longtemps dispersées et en dehors des recueils du droit canon.
