Disney Channel est diffusée au Moyen-Orient depuis avril 1997 comme chaîne optionnelle sur plusieurs réseaux câblés.

Le 2 avril 1997, Disney annonce le lancement de Disney Channel Middle East couvrant 23 pays du Moyen-Orient et de l'Afrique du Nord[1]
