Les Dénobulans ou Dénobuliens sont un peuple pacifique qui figure parmi les nations fondatrices de la Fédération des planètes unies de la saga Star Trek. Le seul Dénobulan connu est Phlox, docteur sur l'Enterprise du capitaine Jonathan Archer.
Les Dénobulans sont polygames, portés sur la sexualité mais sans perversité.
Les Dénobulans peuvent se passer de sommeil durant de longues périodes, cependant, ils doivent régulièrement respecter un cycle d'hibernation.
Les traits étranges de leurs visages cachent en fait un système de défense.
