Corinne J. Wood (née le 28 mai 1954 à Barrington (Illinois), est une femme politique américaine, qui fut la lieutenant-gouverneur républicaine de l'Illinois de 1999 à 2003.
Elle fut la première et encore actuellement la seule femme à exercer cette fonction.
