On qualifie de constructible une chose qui peut être construite ou qui peut accueillir une construction (matérielle ou non).

En urbanisme, on parle d'un terrain constructible lorsque celui-ci se trouve dans une zone ne comportant pas de risque majeur ni d'interdiction de construire pour les bâtiments qui pourraient y être construits. Un terrain sur lequel il est impossible de construire (pour protéger l'environnement, en raison d'un risque, pour préserver une zone d'extension future de l'urbanisation, etc.) est dit inconstructible.

En mathématiques, on utilise parfois les notions de point constructible ou nombre constructible.
