Chris Bailey (né à Nanyuki, Kenya) est un chanteur australo-irlandais, membre du groupe australien The Saints.
Chris est né au Kenya en 1959 et a grandi à Belfast, avant que ses parents ne déménagent en Australie.
Déjà passionné par le rock, il forme en 1974 son propre groupe, Kid Galahad and the Eternals, renommé ensuite en The Saints. Chris et son groupe se feront un nom dans l'histoire du punk-rock grâce à leur chanson (I'm) Stranded.
Parallèlement au groupe, il s'est lancé dans une carrière solo. Il est actuellement auteur de 7 albums solo et de 12 albums avec The Saints.
