L’hémisphère Cerberus est une partie de la géographie de la planète Mars approximativement de latitude 20° Sud à 55° Nord et de longitude 150° à 230°.

Parmi les points notables de cette zone se trouvent Amazonis Planitia, Cerberus, Mangala Valles et Utopia Planitia.
