Carsick Cars est un groupe de rock indépendant chinois basé à Pékin. Le trio a été formé en mars 2005. Certaines critiques ont qualifié le leader et chanteur Zhang Shouwang d'artiste le plus talentueux de sa génération en Chine[1].
Histoire
Carsick Cars devait faire la première partie de la tournée en Chine du groupe Sonic Youth, l'une de leurs influences la plus notable. La tournée fut annulée mais ils firent la première partie du groupe à Prague et à Vienne.
