Dans le monde du commerce électronique et d'internet, Business to Consumer aussi appelé Business to Customer (BtoC ou B2C, prononcer [biː.tuː.siː]) est le nom donné à l'ensemble d'architectures techniques et logiciels informatiques permettant de mettre en relation des entreprises avec leurs clients (consommateurs) : en français, « des entreprises aux particuliers ».
Il fait référence en général aux affaires commerciales dirigées d'une entreprise vers une cible de particuliers via un site marchand.
La chaîne des services du BtoC est la suivante:
- See: besoin (création, identification), recherche produit (information, catalogue), recherche marchand
- Seduce: négociation de la valeur, achat
- Sell: validation, paiement, gestion commande
- Satisfy: service client, évaluation.
Il est opposable à Business to business (BtoB ou B2B).
