Brian Thomas Littrell, né le 20 février 1975, à Lexington, Kentucky est un des membres initiaux du groupe Backstreet Boys avec Alexander James Mclean, Howard Dwaine Dorough, Nickolas Gene Carter et Kevin Scott Richardson.
Il est marié à Leighanne Wallace, qu'il a rencontrée lors du clip "As Long As You Love Me", et ont un petit garçon prénommé Baylee. Il est chrétien, comme en témoigne son album solo "Welcome Home" uniquement composé de chansons chrétiennes.
