Bones Hillman, de son vrai nom Wayne Stevens, (né en 1958) est un bassiste néo-zélandais. Il fut le troisième et dernier bassiste du groupe australien Midnight Oil, de 1987 à 2002. Avant de connaître une certaine notoriété avec les "Oils", il a joué dans plusieurs groupes en Nouvelle-Zélande et en Australie.
Depuis la séparation du groupe, il a joué avec plusieurs artistes de la région. En 2007, il part s'installer à Nashville aux États-Unis, où il continue de se produire dans différents groupes.
