Walter Van Gerven

Walter, Maurice, Maria, Louis, baron Van Gerven, né le 11 mai 1935 à Sint-Niklaas, est un professeur et juriste belge flamand.

Il est avocat.

Il fut professeur à la KUL, à Maastricht ; professeur invité de l'université de Chicago (1968-1969), l'université d'Amsterdam (1981-1986), du King's College de Londres et de l'UGent.
