Le wall-up est une technique de parkour qui consiste à prendre appui sur un mur pour y grimper.
Technique
Courez vers le mur. Ensuite, posez l'un de vos pieds (n'importe lequel mais attention: uniquement les orteils et le haut du pied) sur le mur et poussez sur celui-ci. Pendant ce temps, poussez vers le haut avec votre corps. Le pied posé sur le mur glissera naturellement et vous atteindrez une hauteur vertigineuse !
Conseils
- Lorsque vous poussez vers le haut avec votre corps, montez le genou de votre autre jambe pour aller encore plus haut.
