Erdne Ombadykow (né le 27 octobre 1972 à Philadelphie, Pennsylvanie), aussi appelé Telo Tulku Rinpoché, est un chef spirituel du bouddhisme tibétain du peuple kalmouk. Il a reçu une la formation formelle d'un moine bouddhsite en Inde et a été reconnu par le Dalaï Lama comme la réincarnation actuelle du Mahasiddha bouddhiste Tilopa. Depuis 1992, il est chef spirituel des Bouddhistes en Kalmoukie. Il partage son temps entre la Kalmoukie et sa famille dans la ville d'Erie, dans le Colorado aux États-Unis.
