Tecmo Koei Games (コーエーテクモゲームス, Tecmo Koei Games?) est une entreprise fondée le 1er avril 2011 qui exerce son activité dans le développement de jeu vidéo, née de la fusion des entreprises japonaises Tecmo et Koei[1],[2]. Cinq filiales, en chine (Tianjin · Pékin), au Vietnam, Canada et Singapour sont placées sous la tutelle de Tecmo koei Games.
Description
La société holding Tecmo Koei Holdings est créée le 1er avril 2009 et absorbe Tecmo et Koei[3].
Le 8 février 2011, Tecmo Koei annonce que ses filiales individuelles de développement Tecmo et Koei fusionnent dans Tecmo Koei Games. Malgré la fusion, Tecmo Koei Games continuera à développer des jeux vidéo sous les marques Tecmo et Koei[4]. Le 1er avril 2011, Tecmo Koei Games est fondé.
