Le Synthetic-Rockabilly (ou Synth-Rockabilly) est un genre musical dont la particularité est de reprendre les code du Rockabilly "traditionnel" ou le style de chant Rockab' en le fusionnant avec des boîtes à rythmes et des synthé. On peut voir le Synthetic-Rockabilly comme un représentant moderne du New-Rockabilly.
Le groupe Français majeur du Synth-Rockab' est de toute évidence le groupe Mustang tandis que le fondateur serait Suicide pour sa musique électronique et les cris d'Alan Vega inspiré de Elvis Presley.
