Sunday Too Far Away est un film australien de Ken Hannam sorti en 1975.
Synopsis
Le film est placé sur un ranch de moutons dans l'Outback en 1955 ; et raconte l'histoire d'un conflit industriel parmi des haveuses et une main d'œuvre non-syndiquée. Jack Thompson joue le rôle de Foley, une haveuse dure. Il va au devant des affections de la fille du propriétaire de la ferme. Le film est une présentation de divers aspects de culture masculine australienne. Il a gagné trois récompenses AFI en 1975. Le premier film australien à inviter au festival de Cannes.
