Stephen Jeffrey Holley ou Steve Holly est le dernier batteur des Wings ; il a succédé à Joe English retourné vivre aux États-Unis. Il est devenu un musicien de studio et accompagnateur scénique recherché.
Depuis la séparation des Wings en 1981, il n'a enregistré qu'un seul album, The Reluctant Dog (2003) sur lequel il retrouve Denny Laine.
